Slate Office REIT has sold $40.6m of properties year to date as it continues to work on its portfolio realignment plan.
During the quarter, the REIT sold the Sheridan Exchange in Mississauga for $19.2m. In Dublin, it sold Units 7 & 8 Airways for €7.5m. Subsequent to quarter-end, it closed the sale of 84-86 Chain Lake in Halifax for $10.4m. Proceeds will go toward paying down debt.
Slate Office has $109.1m of assets under contract or letter of intent and is in discussions with potential buyers for single assets and small portfolios.
