NexLiving Communities has agreed to sell a 127-suite multifamily property in Moncton, N.B., for $19.4m.
The company estimates cash proceeds to total $4.7m, net of the $14.7m mortgage balance. The funds will go toward paying down debt. NexLiving bought the seven-building complex for $14.7m in 2020.
The property, at 145-155 McLaughlin Road, is close to the Universite de Moncton.
The transaction is expected to close on June 24.
