A heritage rental building in Vancouver’s dense West End neighbourhood is in play for $23m.
The 38-unit Beaconsfield, at 884 Bute Street, was built in 1910 and was one of the first apartment buildings to be constructed in the West End, according to the listing. The price works out to around $605,000/unit and represents a 3.1% capitalization rate.
Goodman Commercial has the marketing assignment.
The property has two one-bedroom, eight two-bedroom and 26 two-bedroom-with-den apartments. The five-storey building also has two three-bedroom-with-den apartments.
Designated a Heritage A building, the structure is protected from certain alterations.
