A 30,000 sq ft lot along Vancouver’s Cambie Corridor was put on the block late last month for $23.8m.
The listing touts the parcel, at 4111 Ash Street, as development ready. There currently are four single-family homes on the lot.
Under the Cambie Corridor plan, a developer could construct a residential building of up to 12 storeys with ground-floor commercial space on the site.
Sutton Group – Mattu Realty and Homeland Realty have partnered on the marketing assignment.
The property is near the King Edward SkyTrain station, parks and schools.
